Just over a week ago, only 27% of stocks were trading above their 50-day averages.
As of yesterday, that number has spiked to 48%.
This is an impressive rebound…
But if you look at the chart, you’ll notice that such rebounds in participation are not unusual.
In fact, in healthy bull markets, they’re the norm.
