Hey, Ross here:

Technology has been one of the strongest parts of this market for years.

But underneath the sector, something pretty extreme is happening right now.

Take a look:

Chart of the Day

something-extreme-is-happening-in-tech

This chart shows the spread between the best- and worst-performing stock in each S&P 500 sector this year.

In other words, it tells us how far apart the winners and losers are inside each group.

And dispersion is pretty wide across the market.

Outside Utilities, every sector has at least a 75-percentage-point gap between its best and worst performer.

But Technology is in a league of its own.

The spread between the best and worst tech stock is roughly 635 percentage points.

That absolutely dwarfs every other sector on the chart.

So while “tech” gets talked about like one big trade…

The stocks inside it are having completely different years.

Some have been enormous winners.

Others have been disasters.

And right in the middle of that huge divide, we’re seeing something else I haven’t seen in a long time.

something-extreme-is-happening-in-tech

Corporate insider buying across Technology has jumped to around its highest level in 15 years.

That caught my attention.

Because clearly, insiders aren’t treating every tech company the same way either.

They’re putting their own money behind specific businesses.

And with the gap between tech’s winners and losers this wide, that’s worth paying attention to.

I explain below.

Insight of the Day

You can be right on a theme and still lose money

You could have been dead right about AI.

Right about data-center spending.

Right about semiconductors.

Right about the huge amounts of money pouring into technology.

And still bought a lousy stock.

That’s what a 635-percentage-point spread inside one sector tells you.

Once a theme gets big enough, hundreds of companies find some way to attach themselves to it.

But they won’t all benefit equally.

One company lands the contracts – another loses market share.

One sees margins explode – another burns through cash trying to keep up.

Eventually, those differences show up in the stock price.

So identifying the right theme only gets me so far.

I still need to figure out which companies inside that theme have the best setups.

And right now, with tech insider buying near a 15-year high, the people running some of these companies are giving us a lot of clues.

They see the orders.

They see customer demand.

They see what’s changing inside the business before it shows up in the quarterly numbers.

And when they start buying their own shares with personal money, I want those stocks on my radar.

But not all insider buying is created equal.

That’s why in just a few hours at 11 a.m. Eastern

I’m going LIVE to demo my proven strategy for finding the high-conviction insider purchases…

The warning signs you need to watch for…

And my 3 counterintuitive insider-buying signals I’ve used since 2017.

Just recently, strategy could have pointed you to two stocks that have nearly doubled in less than three months…

And it could have had you sitting on open gains like 806%272%… and even 1,515%.

Click here to lock in your free seat if you haven’t already…

And I’ll see you in just a bit at 11 a.m. ET today.

P.S. If you’re planning to attend on a mobile device, make sure you download the presentation app now so you don’t miss anything when it starts. See you there.

Customer Story of the Day

“I’m not someone that usually leaves reviews, however, if I could give more stars I absolutely would!

I am currently enrolled in two of their courses. I knew NOTHING about the stock market when I joined back in March after seeing Ross on The Cartier Family YouTube Channel.

Ross and Jean have rather quickly taught me how to navigate the market. They are so patient with ‘newbies’ like me and have eagerly answered my questions with demonstrations.

I would highly recommend this down to earth and knowledgeable team to anyone that is on the fence about joining. Just take the leap and watch your wallet grow!”
